Over at the side, you will see a poll as to what Anna and I should do for housing. Part of me says stay in the rental - even with its horrible windows (that need updating), no backyard, unusable garage (at least for me). Another part is ready it get our own place and make our mark with paint and landscaping.

And when it comes to house hunting - part of me wants to go with something with potential that will take a little sweat equity and another part says buy something in total move-in ready condition.

So, seeking other opinions.
