This might be the one...

We looked at two houses this morning. The first one was a no because it would have taken some work, had limited backyard space (most of the yard was side - yeah, I know sounds like another house I had), and Remmie would have had to walk down stairs to get out - whether through the back or front.

The second house is actually one on which we might put an offer. The main floor has three bedrooms, two full baths (one being a master bath), living room, dining room, family room, new kitchen (2 years old) and sun room, which walks out (without steps) to the backyard. The basement is mostly finished with another family room and a large room that I would make the office. The basement also has a full bathroom and leads to the garage.

Sun room entrance off the back - if you look at the right side of the door you will notice melted siding that would have to be replace. See below for better view. View of the back of the house - notice the brick. And you can see part of the double garage.
