Over the weekend, Anna and I did a little shopping. We went into T.J. Maxx, because you can almost find something good. And did I find something good!! Our T.J. Maxx had a good selection of official Disney Princess dresses - there was Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Cinderella, Jasmine (Aladdin), Ariel (Little Mermaid) and Snow White. So, I let Anna pick two and she debated her selection for about five minutes asking to see different dresses repeatedly. She finally decided upon Belle, who is her favorite princess (at least this week), and Jasmine. Her selections made me happy - because she at least chose two of the better princesses who have a little more character than waiting for prince charming to come along and rescue them.
Ok, back on point. Dear Reader, don't fret about Anna having to make a decision. In fact, I have it on good authority (from Santa himself) that Anna will be receiving the remaining princess dresses for Christmas. One might even arrive early so that she can wear it to the Mouse's House at Christmas vacation.

On Saturday, Anna attended classmate Emma's birthday party, which was held at Leapfrog. Leapfrog is an indoor play center with a large number of blow-up, bouncy obstacle courses/tunnels/slides, etc. It was two hours of non-stop fun for Anna. Lucky for her, daycare is taking a field trip to the same place next week. Below are pictures of Anna partaking of birthday food and fun.

This tunnel/obstacle course to slide was the favorite of the kids. They entered at one end, went through a mini-obstacle course within a tunnel then came out through the slide. I will not tell you how many times Anna went down this slide - but she did take a two hour nap when we got home.
